Was practicing open water swimming at Clearwater beach, pier 4, from 6-7pm, July 5th. About 7-8 hrs later I felt nausea, and by 4:30 am I had symptoms of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea x 2 hrs. I had swallowed some water accidentally. The beach was very busy that day, lots of people in and out of the beach.Additional Data
