I recently travelled to los Cabos, mexico and the water seemed like it had sewage in it but we found a spot we could swim in that didn’t. A day later I wake up with diarrhea, stomachs ache, chills, and body aches. I’m pretty sure I caught a bug or something but it’s lasted about 3 days now.
