Intestinal issues from Cardiff waters

Description

I swam in the ocean at Cardiff beach where the lagoon outlet is on Labor day and again yesterday. Both events left me with horrible intestinal issues. The first time seemed like a coincidence, the second time left me to wonder about the water quality.
