Ear infection, running nose and cough after surfing

Description

Got sick each time after I had been surfing for a week or so (6 to 7 days), happened twice and twice the same thing: ear and sinus infection, same symptoms, each time it lasted for a week. Both times in Indonesia.

Did you observe a distinct source of pollution or algal bloom? Please describe.:	This occured in Lombok, Indonesia and in Bali, Canggu beach also in Indonesia, during the rainy season. The water is not always very clean in Bali, lots of plastics, lots of people in the water and in both Bali and Lombok, the rain drags a lots of grass, leaves, Mudd and other things in the water
