myself and my daughter visited the ventura beach off of Seaward ave. we go here all the time but usually don't go in the water. we swam for about 5 hours on 6/24/18 and had a great time. the morning after we both had sore throats, sinus pain, sniffles and extreme fatigue.Additional Data
