Baby sick after playing in the sand and water

Description

15 month old became feverish and vomited about 11 hours after playing. She has had a fever for almost 2 days now, but seems to be improving. No one else (out of 8 of us) had these symptoms, but my 16 year old because sick with sinus problems and a cough.
