Sick after swimming in Galveston waters

Description

Both my children swam in the ocean and collected shells today. That night, within an hour of each other, they were both puking. The rest of the family has been eating the same food and didn't get sick so it doesn't sound like food poisoning...one child felt like she had a fevereally, but the other did not.
