Description

Went for a swim in the ocean and while in it, I felt extremely cold and my nose would not stop running. I left the ocean and couldn't stop sneezing and still at 7 hours later. I got changed immediately after the ocean into regular dry clothes and was shivering while near the ocean. I feel hot/cold flashes and my whole hurts. My nose is clogged but somehow runny. I can't stop sneezing and I'm extremely tired. My boyfriend is starting to non stop sneeze.
