Severe skin rash at Luquillo, PR

Description

Went to the Luquillo public beach on friday and 5 hrs later I had a few bumps on my right hand and wrist that itched a little. Next morning i had both my arms, my right thigh and my chest covered in a very itchy rash. It is now monday night and the rash spread all the way up to my shoulders and now it looks like blisters. It is a nightmare.
