skin rash after swimming at Kailua

I swam for roughly one hour at Kailua beach and came out of the water with a burning itching sensation on my face and other sensitive body areas.

If treated, what was the diagnosis and treatment?:	Doctor was unsure of cause, suggested something in water caused the issue. Probably bacterial but possibly stinging limi.
