Swimming in ala moana beach park for 45 minutes.
Showered when got home.
Got a skin infection on arms mostly.

My 2 year old and I recieved cold like symptoms after visiting ocean grove beach in New Jersey. Congestion, fatigue, fever, sneezing, and coughing.
